Mission Statement:

To provide the most technologically advanced court reporting services available with the most experienced reporters at a fair and competitive price.

We achieve this by creating a strong system blending the latest technology with educated, efficient reporters and a highly qualified office team providing 24-hour support.

Significant cases the firm has worked on:

1996 to Present -  The firm has worked on many large cases, too numerous to list, involving products liability, patent, medical malpractice, aircraft, and pharmaceutical litigation.

1992 to 1995:  We worked on the largest contract dispute ($6.5 Billion) ever filed against the U.S. Government.   Our clients were Boeing/McDonnell Douglas and General Dynamics and our team of reporters worked under Top Secret conditions throughout the discovery process. The U.S. Court of Federal Claims hired us to cover three separate trials in the matter because of our superior technology and the ability to deliver trial transcripts to the federal judge the next morning during the trial.

1989 to 1992:  Worked on a major due diligence securities case wherein we traveled all over the United States taking depositions and traveled twice to Monte Carlo, Monaco, where we reported the deposition of one of Forbes’ Magazines Billionaires, Baron Hans Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisa, his son and several of his corporate officers.

1981 to 1984:  We worked on the Hyatt Skywalk case being the lead reporting firm for plaintiffs' class counsel.  This is a case where in the days following the collapse, the number of deaths rose to 114 with over 200 people injured.
